Associate of Applied Science - Criminal Justice
The Criminal Justice program addresses the basic components of law enforcement, the courts, and corrections. The program will prepare and expose students to the many professions within the basic components of the criminal justice field such as detention officer, corrections officer, bailiff, crime scene technician, community corrections, probation officer, parole officer, victim advocate, juvenile worker, dispatcher, criminal investigator, victim assistance officer and others. The program provides a quality, professional instruction in current criminal justice related issues, topics, and trends that academically prepare students for further study, entry-level positions, and/or opportunities for career advancement. |
